Ironline Command
★★★★☆ 4.4
Ironline Command isn't about zerging the enemy. It's about logistics — keeping your supply lines fed while you slowly squeeze the map. Each turn asks you to weigh a push against the fuel it costs, and the AI punishes greedy expansion hard.
The interface took us a session to click with, but once it did, planning three turns ahead became genuinely satisfying. Maps are hand-designed rather than random, so you can learn their choke points and come back with a better plan.
It runs fine in portrait mode, which is rare for the genre, and battles pause cleanly so you never lose progress. If you like strategy that rewards patience over reflexes, this one earns a spot.
